About us

We, Lisa and Trevor Sanders are your hosts at Maison Bourgage, both having a long association with Alderney, Lisa’s going back over 30 years.

A family holiday in 1974 started Lisa’s love of the island and on meeting Trevor introduced him to Alderney.

In 2003 we made the decision to move to the island permanently and decided we would like to open a guest house.

Having stayed at 2 Le Bourgage as a holiday rental home we knew the house had potential and when it became available we bought it and set about major refurbishment throughout resulting in the Maison Bourgage Guest House you see today.
