If the panoramic images on this website do not appear, then please check the following:

MAC users:

We have not yet encountered any problems on Macs, it JUST WORKS! If you do experience problems, please contact us, or follow the this link for information on Java for MacOSX.


PC users:

1) Check if you have Java installed. If you see the Java icon:

on the toolbar area of the Desktop then you have Java installed. If this icon is not there, please jump to step 2).

If the icon is there, then click on the icon using the right mouse button and select 'Open control panel' from the menu that appears. Then click on the 'Advanced' tab on the dialog and then expand the '<APPLET> tag support' line by clicking on the + sign next to that text. The + sign will change to a - sign and the line will expand to show two further lines. Check if there is a green tick next to the Internet Explorer line (or Mozilla/Netscape if you are using those browsers).

If there is no tick, click the small square so a tick appears and click 'Apply'. You should get a message saying the browser settings have changed.

Click on the 'Update' tab on the dialog and ensure you have the latest version of Java:

Click on the 'Update now' button at the bottom.

Click 'OK'.

If you made any changes in this dialog, please close Internet Explorer and then re-open it and return to the Maison Bourgage website. It may be best to reboot the PC to ensure all changes take affect. If the panoramas still do not appear, please contact us.

2) Check to see if there is a message at the top of the Internet Explorer window, this will appear at the top of the web page but below the address toolbar etc. If the message says to click to install an Active X control, click on the message are and then select the menu option to install the control. Once the control is installed, the panoramas should appear.

If not, check if you need to install Java by following this link, after installing you may need to reboot your PC.
