Prices are per person per night, bed and breakfast

For one person staying in a double room, the price is:

Seasons

Low - November to March

Mid - April, May & October

High - June to September

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Deposit
On confirmation of booking a deposit of 50% or 1 nights stay is required, whichever is greater. The balance is due on departure.

Group Bookings
For groups a deposit of 50% or 1 nights stay is required per room whichever is greater. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is to be made by debit or credit card and the balance will be automatically be deducted eight weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations
Guests who cancel their booking for whatever reason more than 8 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the deposit. (This does not apply to group  bookings)
Guests who cancel their booking for whatever reason less than 8 weeks prior to arrival will not have their deposit refunded.

Insurance
Maison Bourgage Guest House strongly recommends that all guests take out appropriate insurance cover to protect against any unforseen circumstances i.e. disruption of travel due to weather, this can involve considerable extra expense. Alderney also has no reciprocal agreement with any other jurisdiction with regard to medical treatment. Visitors to the Channel Islands are now strongly advised to obtain their own health insurance cover as well as the normal delay, loss of luggage and cancellation cover a comprehensive travel policy gives.
